1. Freeze the bananas: Peel and slice ripe bananas, then place them in a container or freezer bag. Freeze for at least 4–6 hours or overnight until fully frozen. 2. Set up your juicer: Remove the regular strainer from your Nama J2 and insert the sorbet attachment. Reassemble the juicer. 3. Juice the ingredients: Close the lid, turn on the juicer, and feed the frozen banana slices through the top. The creamy sorbet will collect in the pulp container. 4. Mix it all together: Once all the ingredients are processed, scoop the sorbet into a bowl and stir gently to combine everything evenly.
