Wash the jicama and cut it into matchsticks. Make sure the matchsticks have ¼ inch thickness. Place the Jicama sticks in a medium bowl. Add olive oil, garlic powder, paprika powder, cayenne powder, salt and mix well using your hand so that the seasonings cover the matchsticks equally. Place the Jicama sticks on the air-fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 12-15 minutes at 400-degree F, halfway into the cook, flip the sticks. Once they get a golden-brown color, squeeze with half of a lime and serve alongside your favorite dip.View original recipe
