Sort and wash split peas, and soak them overnight. The following day, drain water, rinse and add split peas to a blender with ground flaxseeds or chia seeds, and salt. Add Water and process until batter is smooth. Heat a large skillet over medium-high, and lightly grease the skillet. Add about ⅓ cup of batter, spread it into a thin layer with the back of a large spoon, and cook until bubbly and the edges are brown about 3 minutes. Flip the flatbread, and cook for another 3 minutes. Flip the flatbread and serve.View original recipe
