What you need

tbsp soy sauce

tsp onion powder

tbsp tomato paste

tsp kosher salt

lb tomato

tsp sesame oil

cup tomato sauce

tsp garlic powder

tbsp avocado oil
Instructions
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, add celery, and cook until tender, about 3 minutes. Then, add garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, cilantro or parsley, tomato sauce, water, and soy sauce. Cook constantly, stirring for about 3 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in sesame oil, and serve. Cut each tomato half horizontally, take out the seeds and discard. Mash the tomatoes in the grater and take the pulp of tomatoes into a bowl. Pour the prepared tomato pulp into a wide saucepan at a high temperature. Add olive oil, tomato paste, basil, garlic, and bay leaf. Bring it to a boil and lower the temperature to a brisk simmer. Let the sauce reduce to almost half and stir it occasionally. To achieve 2 1/2 cups of medium-thick sauce, you need about 10 to 15 minutes. Taste and adjust the salt and flavor of your choice.View original recipe
