What you need

cup orange

tsp cornstarch

tsp paprika

tsp ginger

tsp sesame seed

tbsp gluten free noodles

tsp sesame oil

tsp salt

cup maple syrup

tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
In a large skillet or wok, heat the avocado oil over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and onion, and sauté until the onion is translucent and fragrant about 2-3 minutes. Add the mixed vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened but still crunchy. Sprinkle the paprika and salt over the vegetables, and stir well to combine. Reduce the heat to medium-low and let the vegetables cook for another 2-3 minutes until they are tender but still retain their crunch. Meanwhile, prepare the orange sauce. In a small saucepan, whisk together the orange juice, maple syrup, soy sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, grated ginger, and sesame seeds until smooth. Cook the orange sauce over medium-high heat, whisking constantly until it thickens and starts to bubble, about 2-3 minutes. Pour the orange sauce over the mixed vegetables and stir well to coat. Serve the mixed vegetables in orange sauce hot with your favorite side dishes such as rice or noodles. Enjoy!View original recipe
