cup powdered sugar

cup coconut sugar

tsp lemon

tsp ground cinnamon

cup almond flour

tbsp flax seed

tsp vanilla extract

pinch coarse sea salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray. Mix almond flour, coconut sugar, ground flaxseeds, cinnamon, lemon zest, and salt. Whisk to combine thoroughly. Stir in water and form into a dough ball. Roll out cookie dough to about ¼-½ inch thickness between two sheets of parchment paper, cut with a star-shaped cookie cutter, take remaining scraps and roll out until the dough is used up.
